Patriarch of the Fallow is a creature whose defeat yields a mix of crafting materials, ammunition, and rare reward items. Its loot pool is centered on Arcane Scrap and .357 Magnum Ammo, with several lower-probability bonus drops that make it a worthwhile target if you need mid- to late-game resources.

Its standard drops are:

• Arcane Scrap — 100% of 1, with a 50% chance to drop 1–2 additional
• .357 Magnum Ammo — 100% of 2, with a 50% chance to drop 2–3 additional
• Chieftain Pack — 20%
• GATE Defense Rune — 10%
• Lodestone Fragment — 10%
• Manomin Magnum — 10%

It also has harvestable drops:

• Chieftain Skull — 100%
• Human Arm (Military) — 100%
• Kevlar Scrap — 100%

Because several of its rewards are guaranteed, Patriarch of the Fallow is especially valuable for material farming rather than only for its rare bonus drops. The guaranteed harvestables and ammunition make it a strong source of both crafting inputs and combat supplies after a kill.
