Mayor's Manor
Overview
Mayor's Manor is

The interior is simple and open, with the kitchen connected directly to Lewis's bedroom. Players must reach two hearts of friendship with Lewis before they can enter his room. On the left side of the house are several interactable objects that provide town services.
- The prize machine, located next to the Town Ledger, exchanges Prize Tickets for prizes. Prize Tickets are earned by completing Quests, Special Orders, the Stardew Valley Fair shop, and repeated wins at the Egg Festival and Festival of Ice. When used, the machine shows the player's current ticket total and the next three prizes in the queue.
- The Town Ledger changes multiplayer funds between shared and separate modes. The change takes effect overnight.
- Another book beside the Town Ledger allows the player to divorce a spouse, or evict a housemate for free.
- The Lost & Found Box retrieves items from failed special orders, lost quest items and tools, items left by offline players, hats from children turned into doves, and items left in the Stardew Valley Fair grange display.
A hidden area can also be accessed from Lewis's bedroom by placing a staircase there. This opens a secret maze room containing the Lucky Purple Shorts at the end. Taking the shorts spawns a cursed version that slowly attacks the player and is immune to attacks, and the process can be repeated to obtain more shorts.
