Harvey's Clinic

Harvey's Clinic is a location in the center of Pelican Town, next to Stone's General Store. Harvey lives and works there, and Maru works at the clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Both of them frequently comment on how few patients the clinic receives, although the building still serves as the town's regular medical office.

Most villagers visit the clinic for their annual checkup, and George and Evelyn make a visit once per season. The clinic can usually be entered between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, but medical supplies can only be purchased when Maru or Harvey is behind the supplies counter. The clinic also has an upstairs apartment, which is Harvey's home.

The clinic sells two medical supplies, both of which are universally hated gifts:

• Energy Tonic
• Muscle Remedy, which removes the Exhaustion indicator

These items are also used in tailoring and dyeing. Energy Tonic can be used in the Sewing Machine to create the Letterman Jacket, and it can serve as a red dye ingredient at the dye pots in Emily's and Haley's house. Muscle Remedy can be used to create the dyeable Fake Muscles Shirt, and it can serve as a yellow dye ingredient at the same dye pots.

Villagers follow a seasonal appointment schedule at the clinic, with the listed start times representing when they leave home to travel there and the end times representing when they leave the clinic. Common appointments include:

• Spring: Evelyn, Abigail, Willy, Vincent, Jodi, Leah, George, Pam
• Summer: Evelyn, Sebastian, Elliott, Alex, Robin, George, Demetrius
• Fall: Evelyn, Gus, Lewis, Sam, Marnie, George, Caroline
• Winter: Evelyn, Penny, Haley, Emily, Clint, Jas, Marnie, George

George and Evelyn are notable for appearing together on their shared visits. The clinic therefore functions as both a service location and a recurring social destination in the town's schedule, making it one of the more time-sensitive interiors to visit if the player wants to buy supplies.

A notable glitch can occur if the player passes out from low health while on a horse: both the player and the horse are transported to Harvey's Clinic, and the horse remains stuck inside until morning, when it is moved back to its stable.
