Cooked deer meat is the direct cooked form and can be eaten immediately after roasting. It is one of the first foods available that gives a high health bonus early in the game, making it especially valuable while exploring the Meadows and preparing for the first boss. Because of its simplicity and accessibility, Deer meat remains useful well beyond the opening hours as a dependable source of early nourishment.
