Himminafl

Himminafl is a weapon that deals piercing damage and adds lightning damage to its attacks. It is a late-game craftable weapon that uses Yggdrasil Wood, Refined Eitr, Silver, and Mandible to make and upgrade, making it a significant investment in materials. Its name translates to “Heaven’s Might” in Old Norse, and it was originally spelled “Himmin afl” before patch 0.217.4.

Its primary attack is a three-stab combo with long reach, with the final hit dealing double damage. The secondary attack is a wide-area strike that deals normal damage but produces 6x stagger, with no damage penalty from multiple targets, and it also triggers lightning effects with randomly spawned bolts. Although the animation looks like a slash, the secondary attack still deals piercing damage.

• The secondary attack is strong enough to stagger most creatures.
• The blade constantly sparkles with electricity and glows faintly blue at all times.
• Its light is much dimmer than a normal light source, but it can still provide a little illumination in dark areas.
• The glow makes the holder slightly easier to detect while sneaking, increasing visibility by about 10%.

At quality 1, Himminafl has 85 pierce damage, 40 lightning damage, and 175 durability. Upgrading increases lightning damage and durability, reaching 58 lightning damage and 325 durability at quality 4, while pierce damage remains unchanged.
