Soufflé Pancakes are a cooked food made in the Electric Grill from 1 kg of Raw Egg and 2 units of Sleet Wheat Grain. They are associated with late-game cooking because both ingredients come from ranching and farming that require some setup, making them a step above basic meal recipes.

A single harvest of a Sleet Wheat plant produces enough Grain to make 9 Soufflé Pancakes. This makes them especially efficient when a colony has a steady supply of both eggs and Sleet Wheat. If Soufflé Pancakes are the only food fed to a Duplicant, the food demand works out to about 0.56 domestic or 2.24 wild Sleet Wheat plants per Duplicant, along with 444 kcal of egg per Duplicant.
