Eggplant Parmesan

Eggplant Parmesan is a cooked dish. It is prepared in the kitchen of an upgraded farmhouse or with a Cookout Kit. Like many cooked foods, it can be used for tailoring and dyeing rather than only for energy restoration. It has 70 energy value, 200g sell price, and lasts for 4m 39s when used as a buff item, though it provides no active buff.

The dish is profitable to make, since it always yields a profit when cooked with the lowest-quality ingredients. It can also appear in a few rotating or chance-based sources: Krobus may sell it on Saturdays, it can be found in the Garbage Can outside the saloon or in the Stardrop Saloon’s rotating stock, and it is sold by the Calico Egg Merchant and Gus at the Desert Festival for Calico Eggs. One Eggplant Parmesan can also be obtained from opening a Mystery Box.

Eggplant Parmesan is not used in any bundles or quests. It does, however, have a few utility uses:

• It can be used on the sewing machine spool to create a Shirt.
• It can be used as a red dye at the dye pots in Emily’s and Haley’s house, 2 Willow Lane.

Despite the name and the dish being described as cheesy, the recipe does not actually require Cheese.
