Overview

Oblidra the Void Lord is a subterranean boss found in Breaker’s Reach, where it travels below the ground in the same manner as Pyrdra, Crydra, and Druidra. Unlike the displaced ground used by the other elemental bosses, Oblidra appears beneath a puddle of void-like matter. It cannot be damaged until it is summoned to the surface by placing a Wind Organ of Void close enough to it. A Oblidra the Void Lord Scanner can be used to reveal its location on the map.

Oblidra spawns together with the souls of Druidra, Crydra, and Pyrdra. These souls are invulnerable, and the fight is built around managing all four targets at once. Oblidra and the souls burrow into the ground and switch position between attacks, damaging nearby players when they emerge. After defeat, Oblidra respawns at a random location in Breaker’s Reach.

During the fight, Oblidra and the souls use a shared set of attacks as well as their own individual patterns:

  • If a player is close enough, Oblidra or one of the souls slams into the ground, damaging nearby players. A hissing sound plays before this attack.
  • They can also fire a purple beam from their mouth that tracks the player.
  • Oblidra creates up to four void puddles. These puddles either slowly track the player or move in a wide semicircular path.
  • Pyrdra spits fireballs into the sky, which fall in a line. Their landing points are marked by red indicators on the ground, and the impacts leave Ground Magma Slime.
  • Crydra creates an ice crystal on the ground that continuously fires two volleys of ice shards in a spiral pattern. The ice block can be destroyed by any attack.
  • Druidra roars upward, causes several blocks to fall from the sky, then begins pulling players toward it. Wind effects appear on the ground to show the area that will be hit by the incoming shockwave. After a short delay, Druidra releases the shockwave, dealing heavy damage in that area and destroying exposed blocks. The shockwave can be avoided by hiding behind a block or moving far enough away.

Oblidra has protective armor represented by the yellow bar above its health bar. This armor absorbs incoming damage until depleted. Once the armor is broken, Oblidra is paralyzed and falls to the ground, becoming vulnerable to damage, while the souls continue attacking normally. After 9.3 seconds, Oblidra resumes the fight and fully regenerates its armor. This process must be repeated until the boss is defeated. Damage dealt during each vulnerable window is soft-capped at 25% of Oblidra’s maximum health, so the boss must be paralyzed at least four times to be defeated.
