Crystal Mirror

Overview
Crystal Mirror is a stationary enemy object encountered in Peglin that resembles a large reflective mirror whose surface is constructed from mine crystals. Unlike the Castle's ordinary mirrors, the Crystal Mirror uses crystalline material in its reflective face, which makes it sturdier, more reflective, and visually mesmerizing. The mirror’s hypnotic properties rapidly enthrall observers; anyone who stares too long becomes entranced and eventually loses their sanity after only a few minutes.
The Crystal Mirror appears on the same board layout used by the Ballista. It was originally released in Early Access as the Shadow Mirror; that older incarnation used a dark purple sprite identical in shape to the 
- The Crystal Mirror is physically tougher than ordinary magical mirrors due to its crystal construction; prioritize destroying it quickly to avoid its enthralling effect.
- Its reflective surface is more potent and visually distracting, so board control and fast-clear strategies reduce the time you are exposed to its mesmerism.
- Because it shares the Ballista board layout, positioning and peg-clearing patterns that work against Ballista often apply here as well.
- Historical note: older builds labeled this object Shadow Mirror and used the Enchanted Mirror’s geometry with a dark purple color; current builds use the Crystal Mirror name and updated visuals.
