Elite Slimeglob

Overview

Elite Slimeglobs function as a mini‑pack leader: when present they often come with or generate additional slimedrops, increasing board congestion and creating multiple targets to clear. Their higher health makes them more resistant to single orb damage, and they are most dangerous when they reach the Pegboard early and are backed by their spawn. Bombs are an effective counter: saving a bomb until an 
- Health values have been adjusted in updates; the
Elite Slimeglob’s health is significantly above ordinary slimedrops and was reduced in a patch history entry (notes indicate a reduction to 360 in an unknown update).
- Treat Elite Slimeglobs as priority targets when they appear alongside other enemies because their spawned slimedrops can block shots and absorb damage.
- Orb choices that deal area or multi‑hit damage scale well against the Slimeglob plus its minions; single high‑value shots are less efficient unless they can hit critical weak points or be combined with Bombs.
- If you cannot spare a Bomb, use chain ricochets and board control to limit the Slimeglob’s ability to recruit additional slimedrops and to focus damage where it will reduce the group quickly.
