Webber

Overview

Webbers immobilize targets by wrapping them in sticky silk and continuously chip away at their health by firing web projectiles. Their attack pattern emphasizes gradual, repeated damage rather than single large hits, so prolonged fights allow their web projectiles to whittle down the player. Defeat Webbers quickly to avoid becoming stuck in their webs and suffering sustained damage.
- Webbers primarily appear in Forest-area encounters; their placement and encounter frequency have been adjusted across updates.
- Their web shots deal persistent, incremental damage; prioritize clearing them early in a floor to prevent attrition.
- Mobility can be crucial: avoid standing in one place for extended periods to reduce the chance of being ensnared by changing web heights.
- Targeting Webbers before heavier foes minimizes the overall incoming damage during a run since their repeated projectiles punish slow bouts.
- Historically,
Webber was introduced in the Beta/Early Access builds; its damage and encounter tuning were adjusted in subsequent patches (notably Early Access where its damage was reduced to 1 and later encounter tweaks).
