Sphear is a peg in Peglin whose name is a portmanteau of "spear" and "sphere". It was introduced to the game in version v0.7.27, later removed from Peglin's Pool in v0.9.22, and returned to Peglin's Pool in v0.9.25.
The name combines the concepts of a pointed weapon and a round projectile, which reflects its conceptual design as a spear-like orb.
