Orbserver of Radia

Overview
The
Mechanically, the Orbserver is not invulnerable. It projects multiple effect-driven attacks that can be mitigated by interacting with or destroying the corresponding effect pegs that appear around the arena. Each peg corresponds to one of the Orbserver’s active abilities; removing those pegs reduces or negates the associated effect. In addition to neutralizing effect pegs, players can damage the Orbserver directly to apply extra harm to its core, making a mixed approach of peg management and direct hits the most efficient way to bring it down.
- The Orbserver’s attacks are varied and tied to visible effect pegs; prioritize handling pegs that produce the most dangerous or disruptive effects for your current run.
- Direct hits on the Orbserver inflict bonus damage beyond what pegs sustain, so chance shots that strike the core are valuable even while clearing pegs.
- Balance risk: focusing solely on direct damage may leave hazardous pegs active, while clearing every peg can reduce pressure but delay significant direct damage. Adapt strategy to your available cards, relics, and peg tools.
- Because its mechanics revolve around peg interaction, decks and items that manipulate peg layout, create controlled bounces, or increase precision are especially effective against the Orbserver.
- The encounter rewards tactical play: reducing or timing the Orbserver’s effects via peg removal lowers incoming threats, while consistent direct attacks shorten the fight by accumulating core damage.
