Crocus

Crocus is an edible forage item. Unlike most edible items, eating it does not restore any Energy or Health, so its main value comes from crafting, dyeing, and quest use rather than consumption.

It can be used in the spool of the Sewing Machine to create a Shirt. It also serves as a purple dye in the dye pots at Emily and Haley’s house, making it one of the color-specific ingredients used for tailoring and dyeing.

• The Crocus may be randomly requested in Winter on the Help Wanted board outside Pierre’s General Store.
• Fulfilling that request rewards gold and 150 Friendship points.
• Since it provides no Energy or Health, it is usually better saved for its utility uses unless a player simply needs to clear inventory.
