Morris

Morris is a villager who works at JojaMart in Pelican Town. He serves as the store manager and customer service representative, and he is the character who offers the player a JojaMart membership. If the membership is purchased, Joja Warehouse replaces the abandoned Community Center.

Morris is only available while JojaMart remains open. When the store is operating, he can usually be found just inside the entrance on the right. JojaMart is open every day from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.

If the player completes the Community Center, JojaMart goes out of business and Morris leaves town. This makes him one of the few villagers whose presence can be permanently affected by the player’s progress through the Community Center route.

• Morris cannot receive gifts, so friendship points cannot be raised with him through gifting.
• Since he is tied to JojaMart’s operation, his availability depends on whether the store still exists in the save file.
• His role is largely functional rather than social: he handles the membership offer and serves as the face of JojaMart’s business in Pelican Town.
