Junimo Hut

Junimos will harvest crops around the hut for you.
Overview
The Junimo Hut is a farm building sold by the
A Junimo Hut’s harvesting area is a 17×17 square centered on the doorway, extending 8 tiles in each direction. The hut itself also occupies space, and the total covered region is 289 tiles when the building footprint is included. Junimos emerge first thing in the morning and work until 7:10 pm, usually long enough to clear their assigned area in a single day. If the entrance is blocked, however, they may be unable to harvest at all. They also stop working if the player ends the day early or attends a festival.
Junimos harvest most ripe crops on the farm, including flowers and tea leaves. They can also harvest crops that require a scythe, such as fiber, and they can pass through trellises and bushes, which lets trellis crops be planted more densely than a player could normally harvest by hand. They do not harvest trees, forage crops grown from Wild Seeds, or anything grown in a

Harvested crops are stored in a purple-ribboned bag outside the southeast wall of the hut. That bag acts like a
A switch on the hut can be used to toggle Junimo harvesting on or off. This is useful when planting, since the player cannot place a seed on a tile occupied by a Junimo and cannot force the Junimo to move. The hut can also be stocked with Raisins, which give the Junimos a 20% chance to harvest double crops, with both crops matching quality. They can consume one bag of Raisins per week, except in winter, and multiple bags can be stacked in the hut for later use. While Raisins are active, a small sign appears outside the hut.
- The player does not gain Farming experience from crops harvested by Junimos.
- Crop quality is still affected by the player’s Farming skill, even when Junimos do the harvesting.
- The hut’s appearance changes with the season.
- If the hut is full, flowers dropped by Junimos use the default-colored sprite.
